Refund policy
To initiate a return, please first reach out to us by email at fioreweddingdress@gmail.com.
The item must be sent back to the salon located at Avotu Street 9, Riga, Latvia,
LV-1011 within 14 days of purchase.
If you choose to return with Omniva, please use Omniva parcel by address: Omniva parcel office at Avotu street 17, Riga. +37120222098
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
The products have to be returned in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Sorry, but delivery charges can not be returned. We suggest using a courier or registered service, as the customer is responsible for any losses and damages while in transit back to us.
For the return order, please include the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
Ensure the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
- The product is unused, free of scratches, dirt, etc.
- The product is returned in the same condition as it was received

You can return or exchange item if there are some fitting issues. Item must be without smell and Signs of wear.
- We cannot accept returns of any dresses that show signs of pet exposure, including, but not limited to, pet hair. This policy is in place to maintain our dresses in an allergen-free condition. We kindly request that all dresses be tried on in a pet-free environment. This helps ensure that the dresses can be returned in accordance with our policy should the need arise.
- If a returned item is found to have pet hair or shows any signs of pet exposure, the following options will be available to the customer: The item will be sent back to the customer at their own expense, and no refund will be issued.
Custom-made products cannot be returned if they are tailored to individual specifications or altered from their original design.
- Items bought on sale or through sample sales
- Items that are used, damaged, soiled, or missing original tags
