Ordering Policy

Fiore products are lovingly made to order. If the desired item is not available in the salon, please allow 1-3 months for wedding dresses, 3-7 days for jewelry, and 2-3 weeks for veils, petticoats, jackets, and other items. If the item is available in the showroom, it will be shipped within 2 business days after payment.

Custom Orders

We offer custom orders by making the desired changes or according to custom measurements. We recommend contacting us before placing an order to assist you in deciding on the size and options. Please be aware that custom measurements and alterations are non-returnable.

Transaction Refusal

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or to remove or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion. We cannot accept orders without payment authorization.

Ordering Process

The buyer places an order by completing the relevant form on the seller's website, www.fioredress.com. By placing an order, the buyer commits to providing accurate information, such as name, delivery address, and contact details, and by clicking the "Order" button.

The buyer is responsible for providing correct information; otherwise, product delivery is not guaranteed. Placing an order is considered the buyer's offer to the seller to enter into this Distance Agreement for the delivery of the ordered product and the buyer's consent to purchase the product at the stated price.

Personal data related to the delivery of goods will not be transferred to third parties, except to VAS Latvijas pastas and SIA Omniva (courier mail), to ensure order delivery.

The seller delivers the product to the address specified by the buyer according to the courier's rates. The buyer must pay for the shipping costs and the goods together before receiving the confirmation.

FIORE advises ordering well ahead of your event to ensure sufficient time for production, shipping, and potential alterations.

Each vendor will supply a unique size chart, and these charts and sizes may differ from one vendor to another. You should refer to the relevant size chart when selecting a gown. FIORE will not be responsible for sizing issues, will not adjust sizes after an order is made, nor will it be accountable for alterations should your size vary prior to your event.


You are solely responsible for selecting and ordering the correct size of a gown. FIORE will not be liable if you choose an alternate size expecting a change in size before the event.
